About Us Lev Outchitel is an Ontario trained Foot Specialist, who has been practicing Chiropody in Toronto since 1997. His main focus is on foot care for seniors. Lev was involved in the outreach team of internationally known Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care, that provided on-site chiropody care to many Homes for the Aged People. Lev is also involved in Community Centres in the Toronto area. Lev Outchitel is a very efficient medical professional whose main focus is on client satisfaction. He speaks several languages including Russian and Ukrainian.

Appointment Policies Treatments are by appointment. No referral is necessary and some treatment costs are claimable through private health insurance. We also provide chiropody services for Social Assistance recipients (Welfare, Family Benefit, ODSP). Payment All payments, including insurance co-payments, are due at the time service is rendered. The contract you hold with your insurance company is between you and that company. You should be familiar with the terms of your coverage, including covered procedures, providers, pre-authorization policies and co-payment amounts.
